TAPITAS are born from the heart, the desire and years of experience of two professionals in the hotel trade of gastronomic high level in Spain, (Nash Chercoles and Carmelo Lopez).

To us TAPITAS will be a serious company learning its trade from some of the most qualified Chiefs in Spain. From Madrid – Jorge Gonzalez, Executive Chef from the Ritz Hotel Madrid who caters for the Spanish Royality. From La Rioja Miguel Espinosa who is renowned in Spain for his achievements in winning numerous awards for his Tapas, including a finalist position in the world tapas contest.
Nash Chercoles and Carmelo Lopez who are the founding members of Tapitas have the vision to grow and expand this initial idea into various catering avenues which would provide jobs opportunities in Northern Ireland in the future. In doing so using as much local produce as possible and trying to bring both the Irish and Spanish cultures together in harmony.
